WSMI: Administration

Most administrative functions are subsumed by the participating organizations.  For example, law enforcement personnel are hired and trained by cooperating law enforcement agencies and assigned to the initiative full time.  This approach capitalizes on existing administrative infrastructures and expertise within a given functional area while enhancing the overall capacity of the coalition to bring to bear the specialty skills needed to address the multi-faceted aspects of the methamphetamine problem.
