Progress has been made in reducing clandestine drug labs through precursor chemical  legislation. Two presenters will  discuss the challenges in new legislation development, guidance as to how to work effectively with State legislatures, and prior  experiences and successes in rescheduling pseudoephedrine in  States such as Oregon.
